Client requirements:

To provide simultaneous heating & cooling to newly refurbished office space including global control integrated onto buildings head end control system.

Works executed:

Installation of 8no Mitsubishi Electric Heat recovery VRF systems across 4no. floors to serve the open plan office spaces & meeting rooms including a centralised controller per demise to allow building management system to integrate onto heat recovery system. Installation of 1no. split system to provide cooling to the buildings comms room.

A CatA fit out completed for the landlord ready for lease to future tenants.
